Screen Free Challenge

September 5-12, is family and children’s week of prayer. This week is traditionally a very special spiritual emphasis week for families. Readings for children and adults are provided in the ‘Record’ but Adventist Children’s Ministries is offering you a bigger challenge. During this week of prayer we encourage you and your families to better connect with God and with each other by taking the Screen Free challenge.

Let’s get creative, bring back family meal times, family conversation, activities in the great outdoors and create some lifelong memories with your family. Below are a few simple ideas and resource links to help get you started as you and your family reconnect with God and each other. Feel free to download, print and share.

CCFC works for the rights of children to grow up—and the freedom for parents to raise them—without being undermined by commercial interests. We advocate for policies to protect children from harmful marketing and promote commercial-free time and space for kids. A fantastic place to get ideas and research related resources.
