The Church Organisation

General Conference

The General Conference coordinates the global ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, a body set up under the belief that no man should be governed by the judgment of another, and any decision should be made by an assembly. The General Conference is responsible for the spiritual and developmental plans of the church around the world. Visit their website here.

Australian Union Conference

The Australian Union Conference is a strategic organisational unit of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church. It provides both administrative and departmental support to the nine local Conferences that administer the Church at a regional level. The Australian Union Conference's territory takes in the whole of Australia, including Norfolk Island in the Pacific Ocean to the east and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands in the Indian Ocean to the west.
